Step-by-Step Guide

1. Submit Your Enquiry
   Email your enquiry to info@hampshireentertainment.com

2. Provide Your Requirements
   Please include full details of your requirements in your email and attach any relevant logos or artwork files. We will review the information and provide a tailored quotation.

3. Confirm & Payment
   If you’re happy to proceed, we’ll issue an invoice for payment. Once payment is received, you’ll receive a receipt and official order confirmation.

4. Artwork Development
   After the artwork details are agreed, we’ll liaise with Custom Design Covers. Their design team will create your bespoke cover design.

5. Artwork Approval
   A proof of the artwork will be emailed to you for approval. This ensures everything is exactly as you want it before production begins.

6. Production
   Once approved, your order is sent into production.

7. Dispatch & Delivery
   Your finished cover is dispatched to Hampshire Entertainment, ready for your event.

You will be notified of which option will be used for your event, and you will have the opportunity to review a digital mockup prior to the event.

Important Information

Please note that once your design has been approved and your cover enters production, no changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made. As each cover is custom-made to your specification, all orders are final.

Pricing

Prices start from £170.00.

If your design requires the use of stock images or graphics supplied by Custom Design Covers, these will be charged separately in addition to the base price.

COLOUR VIEWING DISCLAIMER
Due to many factors, we cannot guarantee that the colours displaying on the website/phone or other viewing devices will exactly match the colour of the product. Images are displayed in RGB and the product is printed in a different format. There are many variables which can change the way you “see” the colours as you view on your device. Screens are capable of displaying up to 32 million colours and the human eye can only decipher a very small fraction of those colours. Within that small fraction, we all see them differently. In addition, people’s device manufacture and settings may influence how colours are displayed depending on brightness and contrast. 

Please Note: These are pre order only products and our turnaround time from the time of order to delivery is 4-5 weeks. In some cases this may be sooner.

We cannot be held responsible for outside supplier or courier delays however, we will always try our best to keep you updated should their be any delays to your order past the stipulated 4-5 weeks as stated above.
